McDonald has experience building homes in a variety of locations and circumstances. Whether you decide to build on an infill lot or consider a teardown of an existing home. We work with development consultants who will help with potentially challenging site conditions, DNR concerns, permit difficulties, or concerns with easements and access. We can mitigate these as we design your home, so your home build process is smooth.

We oversee these and other related items necessary in the construction process:
