To achieve that final, crucial transformation, we partnered with the exceptionally talented team at Teak & Olive Design Co., who masterfully handled the interior furnishing, decor, and styling to bring our vision to life.

From the moment we broke ground in the beautiful Twin Pine Fields neighborhood, we knew this home was special. Our team focused on what we do best: executing a flawless build with a thoughtful layout and an unwavering commitment to detail. But we also knew that the interior design would be the key to showcasing the home’s true potential.

Our collaboration with Robert and Michelle of Teak & Olive was a natural fit, stemming from their design philosophy. Their core belief that “a home should feel both beautiful and lived in” perfectly mirrors our own. They craft spaces that exude warmth, texture, and character, yet are also resilient enough to accommodate the demands of family life.

Their “modern organic” style is the perfect complement to our craftsmanship. It’s a mix of natural materials, clean lines, and layered details that tell a story. This shared vision made the collaboration feel effortless from the start.

This project has been a landmark for both our teams, a true “pinch us” moment that began with mood boards and late-night brainstorming sessions. Walking through the home now, you can feel how their thoughtful design choices complement and elevate our craftsmanship at every turn.
